These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atlas Pins application and the website at pinthefun.com, operated by CCM Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Atlas Pins, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atlas Pins, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Atlas Pins. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. Your Account

To use Atlas Pins you create an account by verifying your email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Atlas Pins is a social application for arranging in-person meetups. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others, to post unlawful content, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that is threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and users who engage in abusive conduct toward others, are not permitted on Atlas Pins. You can report objectionable content or block an abusive user at any time from within the app, and we review reports and may remove content or terminate the responsible account, without notice and at our discretion.

5. Meetups and Personal Safety

Atlas Pins helps people arrange to meet in person. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use good judgment, meet in public, and take reasonable precautions. We do not conduct background checks on users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

Assumption of risk. You understand that Atlas Pins is a venue for arranging meetings, and that meeting other users — including people you have not met before — carries inherent risks, including the risk of bodily injury, illness, emotional distress, property loss, or death. We do not screen, interview, or conduct background checks on users, and we do not verify anyone’s identity, age, gender, or the truthfulness of what they say. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the service and with meeting or interacting with other users, whether in person or online.

Release of claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive any and all claims and demands against CCM Productions LLC and its owners, members, and agents arising out of or related to your interactions with other users or your attendance at any meetup, including claims for personal injury, assault, harassment, or property damage caused by another user. Atlas Pins is not a party to, and is not responsible for, what happens between users before, during, or after any meetup.

6. Event Restrictions, Filters, and User Responsibility

When creating a pin (an event or meetup), hosts may choose optional restrictions — for example, limiting who can see or join by gender (such as “guys only” or “ladies only”) or by a minimum age (such as 21+). These filters are conveniences that rely entirely on information users provide about themselves, including their gender identity and date of birth. We do not independently verify any user’s age, gender, identity, or the accuracy of any information they enter, and we do not perform identity checks, age verification, or background checks of any kind.

Because these restrictions depend on self-reported information, we cannot and do not guarantee that every attendee of a restricted event actually meets the host’s stated criteria. You acknowledge that users may enter inaccurate information, and that a person could gain access to, or appear at, an event for which they do not qualify. Hosts are solely responsible for choosing appropriate restrictions and for verifying, at the event itself, that attendees meet any legal or personal requirements — for example, checking government-issued identification before serving alcohol at a 21+ event. Attendees are solely responsible for providing accurate information and for joining only events for which they genuinely qualify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCM Productions LLC is not responsible or liable for any user’s misrepresentation of their age, gender, or identity; for any person gaining access to or attending a restricted event; or for any consequences arising from the presence of any person at any event. The filter and restriction options are provided as tools only. Responsibility for compliance with the law and with any event’s stated restrictions rests entirely with the users who create and attend events.

Events intended for minors. Hosts may mark a pin as intended for minors (for example, a children’s activity such as a youth sports practice). Atlas Pins accounts are restricted to users 18 and older, so this designation is a label that keeps the event visible to the adults — such as parents, guardians, coaches, or organizers — who arrange and supervise it; it does not create accounts for, or provide the service to, anyone under 18. Any minor’s participation in such an event is arranged and supervised entirely by that minor’s parent or guardian and the host, in person and outside the app. It is the sole responsibility of the host and of each attending minor’s parent or guardian to obtain any required consent, provide supervision, and ensure the event is appropriate and lawful. CCM Productions LLC does not verify ages, does not supervise events, and is not responsible or liable for any minor’s participation in, or any conduct at, any event.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Atlas Pins is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCM Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCM Productions LLC and its owners, members, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of Atlas Pins, your content, your conduct at any meetup, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of another person.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Atlas Pins after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
